We’re excited to announce that we’re launching a new apprenticeship solely focused on improving sales skills, in partnership with the Association of Professional Sales (APS).

Coinciding with National Apprenticeship Week, the new sales apprenticeship will be aimed at both levy and non-levy paying organisations who are looking to upskill the commercial capabilities of their colleagues.

The sales apprenticeship will consist of a blended training and coaching programme, which can be delivered remotely over 18 months.

Organisations with a wage bill of more than £3 million can use their apprenticeship levy to put colleagues of all ages and levels through durhamlane’s comprehensive sales apprenticeships. Moreover, organisations with a wage less than £3 million are eligible for up 90% funding towards the new sales apprenticeships.

“Our founding mission was to raise the bar of the sales profession,” said Richard Lane, Co-Founder & Managing Partner of durhamlane. “As we continue to go from strength to strength, we’re delighted to see the mission become a reality and provide organisations with a cost-effective yet comprehensive option to provide a funded qualification to upskill the commercial capabilities of both sales and non-sales people.”

“durhamlane has proven their ability to help across the organisation to sell at a higher level,” said Ben Turner, CEO of the Association of Professional Sales (APS). “Their down-to-earth, practical and personalised coaching approach is designed to enable people to sell, learn and earn at the same time. By partnering with APS to deliver the Sales Apprenticeship, durhamlane are demonstrating their commitment to Sales Excellence.”

The announcement follows news of our record growth in 2018, job creation and international expansion plans.
