Our Brief

Following the early success in a competitive sector, accessplanit Managing Director, Dave Evans was looking to take accessplanit to the next level. Dave felt accessplanit could achieve so much more if the company improved their sales process. Dave wanted a cohesive, strategically led approach to help improve the sales process at accessplanit and hence why he approached durhamlane. durhamlane was engaged to consult and provide a comprehensive review of the entire sales process before presenting recommendations in an insightful and results-oriented report.


durhamlane designed and implemented a sales development programme to deliver a more streamlined approach to sales prospecting and management. Supported by coaching and training sessions, we were able to equip people with the skills and confidence to be able to spot sales opportunities and capitalise on them to secure wins much quicker. Furthermore, a sales tool-kit was developed to help Dave and his team to identify potential clients more effectively. Through the use of professional research and prospecting processes, the accessplanit team were able to create more sales opportunities. In addition, we were able to find an ideal candidate for accessplanit through the Sales Graduate Programme.
