How we helped

Mendix was struggling to attract the best sales talent, as it sought to scale its business internally. Mendix approached durhamlane to build its entire UK sales team. It was important to Mendix to find candidates who were not just experienced and credible, but were also a strong cultural fit.

Using our proven methodology and headhunting tactics, we were able to source and qualify over 300 candidates in just 14 months. This led to seven strategic hires across enterprise, pre-sales and customer success functions, significantly accelerating the company’s growth.
