Having received funding to fuel its international growth plans, NBS needed to hire and train 10 new sales people in a rapid time frame. They lacked time, resource and expertise to do this in-house.

NBS came to durhamlane as they knew we’d be able to quickly and effectively find and develop the sales talent they were looking for. Using our Talent at a Higher Level methodology, we set out strategically headhunting best-fit candidates and invited them to a number of selection days. This ensures the highest quality candidates were successfully recruited. We are now currently delivering our renowned sales training and coaching programmes to the cohort.
