PwC is one of the leading professional services networks in the world. They help organisations and individuals create the value they are looking for, by delivering quality in Assurance, Tax and Advisory services.

The Challenge

PwC was looking to launch a new Flexible Legal Resource service for businesses of all sizes and across all sectors that had ad hoc legal requirements (essentially a start-up within corporate). However, they lacked the time and capacity to generate sales quickly as their internal sales teams couldn’t be taken away from their current core focuses.

How We Helped

PwC came to us knowing we’d be able to quickly and effectively launch their new service. Putting our proven Selling at a Higher Level methodology into practice, we delivered a strategic outsourced sales campaign to penetrate and rapidly build market share. We generated and qualified best-fit businesses from large corporates to independent firms across finance, insurance, and banking. In 120 days, we produced 54 qualified opportunities.
