Laura Marriner joins durhamlane’s leadership team

The durhamlane leadership team is continuing to grow, with Finance & Resource Manager Laura Marriner now on board as of April 2021.
Laura initially joined durhamlane in October 2020. After delivering exceptional innovation and results in a short period of time, the decision was made to promote Laura to the company’s leadership team where she will continue to drive company-wide growth and development.
Laura has previously worked with a number of organisations, including Pebbletree Ltd. where she rose from Finance Assistant to Finance & Commercial Director. She has notable experience with streamlining processes and efficiencies via cloud software and other methods, and stresses that she is “big on process efficiency and finding solutions that work in changing environments.”
Speaking on her time with durhamlane so far, Laura said: “Working in finance can usually be something of a silo experience for a small team but I’m lucky enough to be involved with all aspects of the business which has been great, especially with remote working during the pandemic.”
