From initial conversation to purchase order

For some organisations, especially high tech software businesses that can scale rapidly, outsourcing lead generation alone is insufficient in accelerating growth at the desired speed.

What they need is a growth partner to not just act as an extension of their team, but can take more ownership of the sales process.

Many of our customers have invited us in for this reason – to find new leads, nurture and even facilitate demonstrations, video conferences and meetings, and even chase to obtain final sign off / purchase order.

Whilst this end-to-end business development offering is not right for all customers, it can be extremely effective for others (particularly for Software-as-a-Service organisations). Consider some of the below stats:

  • 48% of sales people never follow up with a prospect
  • 25% of sales people make a second contact and stop
  • 12% of sales people only make three contacts and stop
  • Only 10% of sales people make more than three contacts

And yet…

  • 2% of sales are made on the first contact
  • 3% of sales are made on the second contact
  • 5% of sales are made on the third contact
  • 10% of sales are made on the fourth contact
  • 80% of sales are made on the fifth to twelfth contact
