Description:

A Fantastic New Opportunity!! We are looking for a Sales performance & enablement Coach to join our team the candidate will be responsible for driving sales capability across the function & unlocking performance through coaching sales business representatives to effectively sell our products and services. They will ensure the sales team is equipped with the necessary sales skills, knowledge, and tools to achieve sales targets and revenue goals especially in their early months post training.

Responsibilities:

  • To elevate the confidence & consistency of performance of our sales development representatives
  • Provide coaching and feedback to sales reps on their sales techniques, methodologies, and strategies.
  • Identify areas of improvement for each sales representative and create an action plan to address those areas.
  • Regularly monitor and assess the performance of the sales team to ensure they align with the company’s sales targets and goals.
  • Collaborate with the sales management team to design and execute sales incentive programs and sales contests to motivate sales reps.
  • Assess the effectiveness of the sales training and coaching programs and make changes to improve performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, sales methodologies, new products/services, and customer preferences to enhance the sales training and coaching programs.
  • Update managers on improvements, performance & recommendations
  • Communicating across the business results & progress
  • Auditing work through Salesloft
  • Partnering withes team. knowledge of Salesloft &Outreach L&D Team leaders & Ops Manager to improve practice consistency & conversions

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience as a Sales Coach, Sales Trainer or Sales Manager.
  • Proven experience in developing and delivering successful sales training programs.
  • In-depth knowledge of sales processes, sales methodologies, and sales techniques.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and mentoring skills.
  • A results-driven mindset and a strong focus on achieving sales targets and goals.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to motivate and incentivize a sales professional
