durhamlane has been awarded with the ISO 9001:2015 QMS certification, and we couldn’t be prouder.

The ISO 9001:2015 QMS is an international standard and is held by many organisations who demonstrate the ability to provide products and services that meet customer and regulatory requirements consistently. This standard covers requirements for a quality management system, responsibilities of management, management of resources and measurement, analysis, and improvement of the QMS.

durhamlane’s Director of Quality Assurance & Customer Success, Dan Roberts, who played a key role in obtaining this certification, commented:
“This standard has, at its heart, people and customers. The achievement ratifies that we operate in a manner that supports our people to perform and develop, and that we work closely with our clients to meet and exceed their needs.

Having spent eight months validating systems and procedures to be compliant with the standard and making the required amendments, the durhamlane team worked hard to ensure a smooth transition to Stage 2 of the audit. durhamlane were then successfully audited in December 2019 and were officially awarded the ISO 9001: 2015 QMS certification in January 2020.

ISO 9001:2015 is one of the most rigorous and well-regarded standards in the world. As we intend to keep on expanding internationally, this achievement means current and future durhamlane clients, even outside our current operating market, can be assured of the high standard of quality and professionalism across all our services – sales training, sales recruitment and demand generation.
