Purpose

This policy applies to all Durhamlane employees, job applicants, contractors, partners, and anyone representing the organisation.

Responsibilities

Leadership: Model inclusive behaviours and ensure standards are upheld.

All Employees: Treat colleagues with respect, contribute to inclusion, and raise concerns appropriately.

Reporting & Resolution

Concerns can be raised with HR or a line manager. Reports will be handled sensitively, investigated promptly, and resolved fairly.

 Monitoring & Review

Durhamlane will regularly review workforce data, feedback, and policy effectiveness. This policy will be reviewed annually.

Accountability & Enforcement

Breaches of this policy may result in disciplinary action in line with Durhamlane procedures.
