We are delighted to announce that we have achieved a record year for growth.

In 2018, we increased our delivered revenue by 130 per cent and order intake by 148 per cent compared to 2017, having won contracts with the likes of PwC, Deloitte, InsideSales.com and HappyOrNot.

We also renewed projects with local stalwarts, Home Group, NBS and TSG.

durhamlane has grown the number of customers that have purchased two or more of its three sales service offerings (sales outsourcing, training and recruitment) by 15 per cent.

“It just goes to show what a strong company culture, dedicated team and a focus on delivering top class customer-service and partnership can achieve.”

We have also increased headcount by 26 per cent following the move to our new HQ in Silverlink Business Park, and plan to create at least 15 new jobs this year.

And despite Brexit uncertainty, we aim to open an office in Europe soon to service the growing demand of our services in EMEA.
