durhamlane are thrilled to have been named among the top 100 mid-sized companies to work for in the UK. 

The accolade was given by Best Companies on Friday May 21st during the official Best Companies Live awards ceremony, which was hosted virtually. On top of this momentous acknowledgement, we’ve also placed #9 among the top 40 UK Marketing & Media agencies, and #14 among the top 30 North East companies. 

Although durhamlane began as a purely sales-focused company back in 2011, we’ve since expanded to provide clients with fully integrated sales and marketing demand services.  

The award is a huge milestone for us, especially considering we very narrowly missed out back in 2019. Having always had a major focus on company culture, we have doubled down on workplace efficiency since remote working began in early 2020. 

Our Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer, Richard Lane, said: “Today is a very proud day for Lee (Durham – fellow Co-Founder and Chief Revenue Officer) and myself. To just miss out on placing in the Times Top 100 in 2019 was gutting; to be ranked #56 in the mid-sized best companies to work for in the UK today is incredible…

Tracey Wilson, Head of HR, added: “To be recognised among the UK’s top 100 mid-sized companies is a testament to all the collaborative processes we’ve put in place since lockdown began. We wanted to make sure everyone felt just as comfortable working from home as they did in the office, and to get such positive feedback from an employee survey is the best result we could hope for.
